With a digital camera and new software we show you a representation of how
the completed project will look before we start. We take care of the planting and add walkways,
backfill and sod work.

In partnership with T.C. American Properties, LLC, we purchase distressed
homes and do complete renovations. Sometimes they just need a little
cosmetic fix up, but most often we do a top-down, inside-out renovation. The
advantage to you is that we find some real challenges that need to be
corrected and we bring that knowledge to all our other clients. The following
section shows some projects that made dramatic differences in the
neighborhoods.

- Starting in 2004 we began building new homes in partnership with T.C.
American Properties, LLC. The new ideas and products that we encounter
transfer to your projects.
Community Project

In 2003, we helped to create the Patriots' Run. The final design
of the event was the work of the running community, sponsors and others.
This event is held each year on 9/11 to commemorate 9/11 and to thank and
honor those who serve our country. To be sure it continues, our
company donates many hours and contributes to the financial support of this

PJ O'Tool
| There's a
new "tool" in the box--PJ O'Tool . When she joined the crew she
weighed almost as much as a 16 oz hammer and had about as
much punch. She is a Yorkie-Poodle and full grown is 3 1/2 pounds. Her business cards list her as "Landscape
Specialist--Holes Dug, Lawns Fertilized." Other duties include office manager and project
supervisor. She is only on-site in our office and at our
renovation projects, not at your home. She also joins us at the
Patriots' Run and other area races. Her page has her latest photos
and pictures of her "office."
